What’s happening to Bank Islam’s Internet Banking?
It’s been like this for the past 4 days since 16th September 2007
Can the bank please explain?
This is what Bank Islam says:-
INTERRUPTION OF BANKING SERVICES AT BANK ISLAM MALAYSIA BERHAD
Dear Valued Customers,
As part of our continuous effort to serve you better, we will be relocating our production data centre. This exercise shall result to temporary interruption of service of our electronic banking centre and all our branches nationwide. Details of the temporary interruption are as detailed below:
3. Internet Banking, SMS Banking
14 September 2007 : 9.00 pm – 12.00 am
15 September 2007 : 1.00 am – 9.00 am
18 September 2007 : 9.00 pm – 12.00 am
19 September 2007 : 1.00 am – 9.00 am
But is the above true? Can any of the bank’s customer confirm the above?
I tried doing transactions out of the interrupted time on those days but the above screen appeared.

Bank Islam had relocated their server but I suppose it was badly done and without much anticipation of the problem.
Up to today there is still some problem with Bank Islam Internet Banking. And I wonder does anyone realize that.
yeah that right guy, i’m also got same worse service, if still like that how we as a consumer want support it?
